Terms & Conditions for Tour
program
A program is considered to be CONFIRMED only if and
when:
I. Full detail of the program is accepted -
including daily rates, number of nights and entry
and exit points;
II. All particulars are submitted to us - such as
passport details, different forms required for a
given category of visit;
III. Full payment for tour and Druk Air Fare are
remitted - as per procedure.
CANCELLATION OF PROGRAM
We can accept cancellation of programs. However,
tour programs booked and subsequently cancelled
shall be subject to Cancellation Charges as follows:
a. Within 30 days of start of tour program-No Charge
b. Within 21 days-10% of costs
c. Within 14 days-15% of costs
d. Within 7 days -30% of costs
e. Less than 7 days or cancellation without notice -
50% of costs
f. After arrival in Bhutan-100% of costs
Delayed Arrival / Departure
a. There'll be no charge for the no. of days of
delays in arrival of visitors due to weather
conditions, Druk Air problems or Road Block.
b. There'll be no charge for the no of days of
delays in departure of visitors due to weather
conditions, Druk Air problems or Road Block. They
will be charged only the actual expenses on
accommodation, food, transport and any other
services required.
